Part of each released payment is held as a reserve on your own settlement sub-ledger, and released back to you on a rolling basis.
- Card payments: 10% at Foundation, 5% at Standard, 2% to 3% at Established and 2% at Scaled, each held for 120 days.
- Pay by Bank payments: 15% at Foundation, 8% at Standard, 3% at Established and 2% at Scaled, each held for 60 days.
The reserve never reaches zero. It covers refunds, returned payments and disputes on your sales. The portal shows every amount held and the date it releases.
