You approve refunds in the merchant portal. A refund always goes back the way the buyer paid:
- Pay by Bank: by ACH credit to the bank account the buyer paid from.
- Card, once available: to the card the buyer used.
Refunds are never made as store credit or by paper check. If a refund cannot be delivered, we handle it with the buyer directly.
