The merchant portal is at merchant.blackoakfi.com. The sign-in you create when you apply becomes your account sign-in.
If the person applying is not the person who controls the business, we email that person an invitation with a one-time code.
After approval, you can add users to your account in the portal.
Passwords must be at least 12 characters and include a letter and a number. We will never ask you for your password or a one-time code.
